Florida Child Support Calculator
Before you proceed, you agree that you have read the disclaimer provided in this site. Additionally, you agree to read the following very carefully prior to using the calculator on this site.
The calculator contained on FloridaChildSupportCalculator.com is being provided for general informational and estimation purposes only. Do not assume that the child support numbers you calculate are necessarily accurate for your case. Even if the numbers are accurate, every case is different and there are multiple factors that go into the amount of child support that a judge may award.
Please note that special circumstances exist for low net income situations (i.e. obligor’s net income is lower than $800.00 per month) as well as high net income situations (combined monthly net income greater than $10,000.00 per month) and the Florida Child Support Calculator was not built to take those special circumstances into consideration. Therefore, the number you obtain will not be accurate in those special circumstances cases. Please see Section 61.30 of the Florida Statutes and/or consult with an attorney of your choosing for further details.
Although time and care was put into the building of the calculator, the calculator is being provided “as is.” There are no warranties (explicit, implicit or otherwise) that are being conveyed to the user.
If the user desires to obtain legal advice, then the user should consult an attorney of their choosing. If the user desires to have accounting or tax advice then the user should consult an accountant of their choosing.
The user specifically agrees that no attorney-client privilege is established between the user and Harris, Hunter & Derr, P.A., as a result of the use of the Florida Child Support Calculator.
