Lauren Corbridge joined Harris, Hunt & Derr, P.A. as an associate attorney in 2025.
Before entering private practice, Lauren served as a Judicial Staff Attorney in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court, where she worked closely with several family and dependency judges to conduct legal research, counsel on a variety of legal issues, draft proposed orders, and write memoranda of law. Lauren’s experience gives her a behind-the-bench perspective on judicial reasoning and the court process.
Lauren earned her J.D., cum laude, from the Stetson University College of Law, where she served as an Articles & Symposia Editor for the Stetson Law Review. While in law school, Lauren also gained experience working as a teacher’s assistant for Trial Advocacy and serving as a legal intern at the Second District Court of Appeal. Prior to law school, Lauren earned her Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in English with a minor in Arabic from the University of Florida, where she also competed nationally in mock trial.
Originally from Sarasota, Lauren has lived in Tampa since graduating law school in 2022. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, baking, and spending time by the water.
